Right Time, Right Place

Something is happening out there that’s got me very excited. For years, I have felt that I’ve been ahead of my time, trying to educate people how to lead a Healthier Lifestyle. (Trust me, it’s been an uphill battle; my advertising budget is about 2.7 billion dollars less than the big pharmaceutical companies’.)

What’s got me excited? People like high school senior Phillip Adilukito, who gave a presentation on the history of medicine in our office, see the future of medicine as radically different. It’s a future where the doctor’s role is to educate, more than to prescribe, and where science’s job is to discover what nature already knows. Phillip ended his presentation by asking us to consider this quote: “All that is required for health and healing has been provided by God in Nature. The challenge of science is to find it.”

All the best to Phillip, who goes on to college in the fall and seems likely to be contributing to medical research in the near future. As for Chiropractic Advantage, I think we’ve finally found ourselves in the right place, at the right time. We’ve never changed our message. It’s just that more and more people are ready to hear what we’ve been saying all along.
