Ready to Detox? Consider a Break from Fish
How long does it take to get toxins like dioxins and mercury out of our bodies after consuming fish? Watch the video above. The take-message is this: we can avoid 90% of industrial pollutants in food by avoiding animal-based products, and fish may very well be the worst choice now!
We need to move forward from the old medical advice that the most important thing to do is to eat lots of protein while avoiding excess saturated fat, such as found in beef. That advice pushed us into eating more chicken and fish. We now know that there are multiple factors involved in creating illness, including saturated fat, excess animal protein consumption, and an ocean-full of industrial pollutants in today’s food.
If you’d like to know more about symptoms associated with toxins, here is a Toxicity Questionnaire-1 you can give yourself and your family. When you’re ready to detox, come see me. There is a safe way and a potentially dangerous way to attempt to remove hazardous wastes from our bodies.
