We need to move forward from the old medical advice that the most important thing to do is to eat lots of protein while avoiding excess saturated fat, such as found in beef. That advice pushed us into eating more chicken and fish. We now know that there are multiple factors involved in creating illness, including saturated fat, excess animal protein consumption, and an ocean-full of industrial pollutants in today’s food.
